GREEN ROOFS, PLUMBING, DECK STRUCTURE AND MORE LEED.
Green roofs on the second and third floor terraces are almost done!
The plumber has been working very hard and the rough-ins are almost ready.
We have also been working on the back deck structure.

We have also been working on the back deck structure.LEED certification is in progress. We met with our LEED provider and reviewed our preliminary check list. Great news: our certification level improved significantly since last meeting!
There has also been important progress in the exterior wall stucco.
Windows were supposed to arrive December 18; Unfortunately they won't arrive until mid January. This will affect the construction progress in this month.
