almost SPRING

Due to the warmer temperatures the last days, stucco guys have been making good progress.

HVAC and ELECTRIC are working hard. Inspections coming up next week!

Here are some pictures of a nice, sunny (almost) spring day.

COMPLETE WALK THRU

There has been a lot of progress these days.

BMC started installing the HVAC equipment and ducts and HPE is working on the electrical part.

Stucco guys are making progress too.

Roger and crew have been working in endless framing details, installing exterior doors (we have doors now!), stone walls finishing touch ups, exhaust fan installation etc etc.

WINDOWS!!!!

The house finally has it's windows!

Plumbing is almost done.

Electric and Mechanical is starting on Monday.

Today framing inspection was approved.

Roger and co. have been working in some important details: stairs, stone slab @ entrance, adjusting frames to windows, cleaning etc. etc. etc.

GREEN ROOFS, PLUMBING, DECK STRUCTURE AND MORE LEED.

Green roofs on the second and third floor terraces are almost done!

The plumber has been working very hard and the rough-ins are almost ready.

We have also been working on the back deck structure.

LEED certification is in progress. We met with our LEED provider and reviewed our preliminary check list. Great news: our certification level improved significantly since last meeting!

There has also been important progress in the exterior wall stucco.

Windows were supposed to arrive December 18; Unfortunately they won't arrive until mid January. This will affect the construction progress in this month.
