After electric, mechanical and plumbing rough-in was ready, insulation started!
A complete photo documentation of the house was done.
Open-cell foam was sprayed in most exterior walls, and ceilings. Where there wasn't enough space to have proper R-values with open-cell we used close-cell.
The house will be air tight and have excellent insulation. Also, this sprayed foam insulation will provide privacy (no noise in or out!).
LEED Pre-drywall inspection was done. We did great! Going for GOLD.... (hopefully!).
